Housekeeping

You'll ensure guest rooms and public areas are spotless, safe, and welcoming. The role combines daily cleaning, periodic deep-cleaning, and quick-turn service to brand standards.

Key responsibilities

• Clean and reset guest rooms, bathrooms, corridors, and public areas to SOP standards.
• Replenish amenities, linen, and guest supplies; report low stock.
• Handle laundry: sorting, washing, drying, pressing, folding (as applicable).
• Perform periodic deep-clean tasks (carpets, grout, descaling, windows, fixtures).
• Report maintenance issues (lights, HVAC, plumbing) via the ticketing system.
• Adhere to hygiene, chemical handling, and safety protocols (HACCP where relevant).
• Support breakfast activities if needed
• Keep storerooms tidy; conduct basic inventory counts.
• Maintain guest privacy and lost-and-found procedures.

Skills & requirements

• Experience in housekeeping (hotel, serviced apartments, or similar) preferred.
• Strong eye for detail, time management, and consistency.
• Physical ability for lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
• Basic English (or NL) for team communication; reliability and discretion.
• Familiarity with cleaning equipment and safe chemical use.
